BMW M5x/S5x - 8HP45 N55 Starter Motor Spacer

Do you want to mate a 8HP45 N55 Transmission to your M5x/S5x engine?

The transmission is almost a direct fit except the starter motor.

You need a N55 8HP Flexplate to be mounted on your engine to be able to mount the torque converter properly. And the starter motor needs to be spacered out to get the correct engagment to the starter ring gear.

Includes dowel and mounting hardware.

Order Shipping details

  • Most items are shipped from Taiwan unless otherwise specified. 
  • Standard shipping is 7 to 10 days average worldwide, however, this is just an estimate based on average shipping time frame, not a guarantee as local customs and postal carrier may cause unexpected delays.
  •  Please check the tracking info provided on Paypal if you have any questions regarding the items current location. 
  • Custom fees may be assessed if total purchase price exceeds local Custom laws. Please verify in advance what the value is for your country. 
  • When time permits we will do our best to keep track of delivery status and notify customers of any undelivered packages. However, if packages are returned to sender, customers will be responsible for any unclaimed, return postage and/or redelivery fees. 

Cancellation/Return policy

  • No returns or refunds but cancellation is allowed before shipping. 
  • Customer is responsible for the non-refundable PayPal seller fee when cancellation is requested. 

Product Warranty Policy

  • Product warranties varies per product, ranges from 90 days to 1 year warranty against manufacturing defect. Please verify by each product description section. 
  • Warranty does not cover any abuse or wear and tear. 
  • Customer must obtain RMA approval thru Luxious Automotive for any warranty claims. 
  • Customer will be responsible for any postage incurred for warranty claims.
